The innovation reappeared under the medal
On June 13, 2023, Unit 6 of the "thousand trillion" major project and provincial key project of Zhejiang Neng Yueqing Power Plant Phase III Project passed 168 hours of full load trial operation, and two units were officially put into commercial operation. SCIYON provides the DCS distributed control system and simulation system for the whole process of Yueqing Power Plant Phase III project, and escorts the safe, efficient and green operation of Ledi Phase III project by relying on the high-performance, intelligent, safe and controllable "nerve center system".
Yueqing Power Plant Phase III pile foundation project started in 2021, overcame a series of difficulties such as equipment supply schedule, epidemic situation, continuous high temperature, and advanced the construction milestones. The construction period of Unit 5 set the shortest record for the million-kilowatt coal-fired unit in China. From the official start of construction on July 30, 2021 to the handover of production on April 27, 2023, it took only 636 days. At 14:18 on June 13, Unit 6 of the Phase III project successfully passed the "168 hours" full load trial operation, so far, the Phase III project of Yueqing Power Plant has been fully completed and put into operation, and the "630 double input" target issued by the Zhejiang Provincial government and the Energy Bureau has been realized in advance. The project has the advantages of high thermal efficiency and low coal consumption, and the annual electricity supply reaches 10 billion KWH after it is put into operation, which can effectively alleviate the tense situation of electricity consumption in Zhejiang during the peak summer.
During the implementation of the project, the SCIYON "Iron Triangle" joint project implementation team worked efficiently and paid close attention to the project execution process.
