Intelligent diagnostic system for rotating machinery equipment
Rotating machinery fault diagnosis system is a set of vibration data acquisition, process data acquisition, condition monitoring, online analysis in one, the integration of sensors, transient signal high-speed acquisition and processing, computer software technology of high-tech, intelligent products, for the unit safety to establish a set of strict online monitoring system. The system can provide comprehensive and professional vibration monitoring and diagnosis services for steam turbines, gas turbines, pumps and fans, including continuous process vibration data acquisition, spectrum analysis, envelope analysis, historical data management, trend analysis, sample analysis and functional map printing functions. At the same time, in cooperation with the National Engineering Research Center of thermal power Unit Vibration of Southeast University, the expert knowledge base of transfer diagnosis has been developed, which can diagnose a variety of faults including friction, unbalance, rotor thermal bending, oil film oscillation, steam flow excitation, insufficient support stiffness, etc., to provide professional diagnosis results for unit faults in time, and effectively reduce unit damage caused by vibration faults.

Inference diagnostic system
