GC2000 Gray bus accurate positioning system
Gray bus positioning system is a positioning system independently developed by SCIYON. Based on the principle of electromagnetic induction, the positioning accuracy is as high as ±5mm, which is used for the accurate measurement of the walking displacement of railway locomotive.
In order to improve the accuracy of gray bus braid and improve the efficiency of Gray bus braid, SCIYON independently developed and designed Gray bus automatic braid machine, which is drawn by servo motor and fixed step length to ensure that each step length is the same, and there is a cross of PLC, motor and cylinder and other electrical equipment control lines to ensure the accuracy of each cross. The system greatly reduces the braiding personnel, reduces the braiding labor cost, and has high cost performance.

Non-contact operation, no slippage and wear failure.
Communication through electrical coupling is not restricted by environmental conditions, and the receiving sensitivity is high, which can be applied to the occasions where electromagnetic waves are difficult to transmit in the tunnel space.
Using the cross-twisting structure and phase detection technology, the gap between the antenna box and the Gray bus can work normally from 50 mm to 300 mm, and is not affected by ambient noise and received signal level fluctuations.
The absolute address position can be detected continuously and with high accuracy up to ±5mm.
Position detection and data communication can be combined with a single Gray bus cable without affecting field equipment.
The carrier frequency of the system data communication is low frequency, and the electromagnetic field generated is only limited to a few meters. It can be used without applying to the NFC.
