After winning the intelligent decentralized control system project of 600MW 9H class gas-steam combined cycle unit of Shenzhen Energy Mawan Power Upgrade and Transformation Project, recently, SCIYON won the intelligent management information system and security integration system project of Mawan Power plant again, from production intelligent control to management intelligent operation. Join hands with Mawan Power plant to create a new benchmark of intelligent integrated digital power plant.

Founded in September 1989, Shenzhen Mawan Power Co., Ltd. is located in the east bank of the Pearl River Estuary on the Nantou Peninsula of Shenzhen City, adjacent to Qianhai Shekou Free Trade Zone, located in the core area of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, near the mountains and the sea, with beautiful scenery. With a registered capital of 1.92 billion yuan, the company is a Sino-foreign joint venture controlled by Shenzhen Energy Group Co., LTD. At present, it owns 6 imported coal-fired generating units of 300,000kW level. Through the technological transformation of capacity enhancement and efficiency improvement, With a total installed capacity of 1.96 million kilowatts, the company is a large-scale integrated power company providing clean power and comprehensive energy services, with two coal wharves with berth of 70,000 tons, one bulk cargo dock with berth of 5,000 tons and one coal yard with closed reserves of 300,000 tons.

The project will be based on the SCIYON self-owned EmpoworX industrial Internet platform to carry out intelligent transformation and upgrading of power plant security control and production management, through the construction of intelligent integrated digital power plant, to realize the automation and intelligence of the production process, and improve the operation efficiency, safety performance and environmental protection level of the power plant.

Video intelligent analysis: Through the full digital network video surveillance system, to achieve a comprehensive monitoring of the main factory area, the factory front area and the coal yard area and other locations, while the deployment of electronic fence linkage video surveillance system around the factory and key areas such as entrances and exits, in the realization of smart factory control at the same time, based on video AI analysis to provide real-time monitoring or violation evidence.

Intelligent access control: Through the integrated management of access control resources, cards, personnel rights, alarms, etc., to achieve the safety control of the entrance and exit of important places in the factory, prevent unauthorized personnel from entering and leaving the controlled area at will, and achieve the safety control of the whole plant and the fine management of personnel and vehicles.

Intrusion detection: the integration of pulse electronic fence, video surveillance, infrared thermal imaging detection and other equipment, to achieve the zoning of each defense area, integrated security management, the formation of a multi-level, all-round security active early warning system. When an abnormal situation occurs, the alarm signal can be quickly uploaded to the monitoring center, the relevant personnel can confirm the alarm location combined with the plane map of the power plant, and the scene synchronously linkage sound and light alarm for early warning.
