On November 18, Zhejiang Province "thousand trillion" project Zheneng Liuheng Power Plant phase II project No. 4 unit through 168 hours of full load trial operation.

At this point, the SCIYON NT6000 intelligent control system has helped Zhejiang Province's first million-kilowatt ultra-supercritical coal-fired power generation project with the application of secondary reheating and seawater desulfurization technology to be fully completed and put into operation, adding new kinetic energy to Zhejiang Province's Yingkurtosis winter power supply.

The smooth operation of the project has achieved another breakthrough in the NT6000 intelligent control system in millions of coal-fired power generation units, and further laid the leading position of SCIYON NT6000 domestic DCS.

Zhejiang Neng Liuheng Power Plant Phase II project Zhejiang Neng Liuheng Power Plant Phase II project is located in Liuheng Island, Zhoushan City, is a major construction project during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period of Zhejiang Province, the provincial "thousand trillion" project, "green stability" project. The static investment of the project is about 6.6 billion yuan, and the construction of two 1 million kilowatt coal-fired generating units can generate 11 billion KWH per year, which will give full play to the role of energy supply "ballast stone" and "stabilizer", effectively fill the "14th Five-Year Plan" power gap in Zhejiang Province, and improve the peak power supply capacity of Zhejiang Province and the Yangtze River Delta regional energy supply capacity. It will play a positive role in promoting the construction of a clean, low-carbon, safe and efficient modern energy system.

As a "green, clean, efficient and energy-saving" offshore power plant, the two units of Liuheng Phase II are the first million-kilowatt coal-fired generating units in Zhejiang Province to apply the technology of secondary reheating and seawater desulfurization, which saves coal consumption, lower carbon dioxide emissions, and can greatly save limestone mineral resources and fresh water consumption. Depth peaking capacity is second to none in China, when the new energy power is sufficient, more than 80% of the load can be used to consume new energy. At the same time, the second phase of the Liuheng Power plant actively carries out technical research on boiler hydraulic power and steady combustion, and achieves the unit steady combustion load rate of less than 20%, which is far lower than the minimum load rate of 40% of the depth peak loading of the traditional million units.

SCIYON provides the full range and whole process of NT6000 intelligent control system and simulation system for Zheneng Liuheng Phase II project, including unit units, public systems, and matching APS automatic start and stop system. All products comply with the network security level protection 2.0 level three standards. Under the strict project implementation management and the concerted efforts of all parties, the construction cycle of Zheneng Six Heng Phase II project broke the fastest record of the construction of the second reheating million-kilowatt unit, and realized the main and auxiliary projects started at the same time and balanced promotion. The construction period of Unit 3 is about 19 and a half months, and the construction period of Unit 4 is about 21 months.

During the trial operation of Unit 3 and Unit 4, the main equipment and its auxiliary equipment operate safely and stably, the net-related indicators of the unit meet the requirements of power grid dispatching, and the economic and technical indicators are better than the design value, which is a typical representative of green, clean, efficient and low-carbon, smart coal power units, and has a good technical guidance and demonstration significance in the industry.
