At 8:58 on December 11, SCIYON 100% autonomous controllable NT6000 intelligent control system helped Jiangsu Guoxin Binhai Port 2×1000MW efficient clean coal-fired power generation project Unit 3 through 168 hours of full load trial operation, officially put into operation.
At this point, SCIYON helped Jiangsu Guosen Group's first secondary reheating mega kilowatt ultra-supercritical coal-fired generator set with autonomous controllable DCS system to be completed and put into operation, further consolidating SCIYON's leading position in the field of energy control systems.
Jiangsu Guoxin Binhai Port 2>×1000MW efficient and clean coal-fired power generation project is the key supporting and adjustable power supply guarantee project of Jiangsu Province's "14th Five-Year Plan" construction, and also an important part of Yancheng Huanghai New Area large-scale comprehensive energy base.
The three main engines of the project all use the world's most advanced secondary reheat ultra-supercritical generator set provided by Shanghai Electric Group. The technical indicators such as thermal efficiency, coal consumption, electricity consumption, water consumption and peaking capacity are ahead of the domestic level of similar units. The project adopts advanced technologies such as fully autonomous and controllable integrated domestic DCS system (including DEH and MEH), intelligent coal mining, stepped flue gas waste heat utilization, etc. The coal consumption of power generation is far lower than the national average level, and each unit can directly reduce carbon dioxide emissions by more than 700,000 tons per year after putting into operation. After the project is put into operation, it will further enhance the peak load capacity of the regional power grid and optimize the power structure and layout of the province, which is of great significance for promoting the high-quality integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta and the development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt.

During the whole operation and debugging period, the autonomous and controllable NT6000 intelligent control system runs well. It provides a solid guarantee for the stable operation of Unit 3.

Since the beginning of this year, SCIYON's independent NT6000 intelligent control system has ushered in a wave of operation, and has successfully put into operation dozens of sets of large generator sets, including one million units such as Zhejiang Neng Liuheng, 9H gas turbines such as Sichuan NENG Investment Guangyuan and Guangdong Energy Huizhou Daya Bay, Datang Togto and Panjiang Puding 660MW units. It has contributed to safeguarding energy security and promoting the transformation and upgrading of the energy industry.
