The 630℃ Datangyuncheng National Power Demonstration Project is located in Yuncheng County, Heze City, Shandong Province, with a total investment of 9.3 billion yuan, the construction of 2 1 million kilowatts of ultra-supercritical secondary reheating coal-fired generating units is the world's "highest pressure, highest temperature, highest efficiency, and lowest coal consumption" single-axis thermal power units of 1 million kilowatts. After putting into operation, the annual power generation can reach 11 billion KWH, saving more than 200,000 tons of standard coal and reducing 550,000 tons of carbon dioxide compared to the conventional one million reheating units. The project gathers the high-quality resources of the whole industrial chain of thermal power equipment in China, carries out scientific and technological innovation, and takes the reheat steam temperature of 630℃ and the thermal efficiency of power generation exceeding 50% as a demonstration site. The designed main steam pressure of the unit is 35.5 mpa, and the coal consumption of power generation is 245.74 grams per KWH. The use of 10 major innovative technologies, especially the first application of a new generation of martensitic heat-resistant steel G115® new material independently developed by China in power equipment, has filled the technical gap in the field of national high-temperature material research and development, and is of great significance to accelerate the process of equipment autonomy, which will drive China's thermal power equipment design, manufacturing, new materials and new processes to a new level.
