In the "China this Decade" series theme press conference held recently, ultrasupercritical power generation technology was praised twice by the Minister of Science and Technology, and immediately became the focus of attention. Under the "dual carbon" goal, ultra-supercritical power generation technology, as one of the main technologies for thermal power energy conservation and emission reduction, is the key to promote the transformation and upgrading of the energy industry.

Recently, SCIYON successfully won the bid for Hunan Huadian Pingjiang Phase I 2×1000MW efficient clean ultra-supercritical coal-fired generating unit engineering MIS system project, committed to the advanced, efficient and safe plant management information system construction, comprehensively improve the control level of Huadian Pingjiang Power plant ultra-supercritical unit information, to achieve efficient, economic and scientific power plant management.

Hunan Huadian Pingjiang Power Generation Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Huadian Group Co., LTD. In the first phase of the project, two 1 million ultra-supercritical coal-fired generating units were built, which is the first million units of Huadian in Hunan, and also the support project of Hunan power load Center. It has been listed in the list of key construction projects in Hunan Province for many consecutive years. The project was approved by the Group company in January 2014, approved by the provincial Development and Reform Commission in December 2015, approved by the Group company in September 2018, the main project officially started in December 2020, and it is planned to realize the two-unit power generation in 2022.

With the orderly progress of the power plant infrastructure project and the approaching time of putting into production and power generation, there is an urgent need for a set of high-performance integrated management information system to improve the informatization level of the power plant. In addition to the deployment of the plant level management information system, the scope of the project also needs to complete the integrated wiring system and computer room engineering system within the whole plant. The construction of such a huge system project under the extreme compression of the construction period is both a recognition and a test for the product power and delivery of SCIYON.

Flat integrated management system construction

The MIS application and basic platform construction includes operation management, maintenance management, safety management, technical supervision management, operation budget management, administrative office management and other contents, which is centered on the power generation production of the whole plant and takes the safe and reliable operation of power generation equipment as the premise to carry out centralized optimization management of various resources such as personnel, funds, materials, equipment and technology of Pingjiang Power Plant. To achieve a high degree of integration and cooperation between the production process and the value chain such as people, finance and materials, so that the power plant can grasp the operation dynamics in real time, optimize the operation and management, and ultimately achieve the purpose of improving work efficiency, reducing inventory, avoiding capital occupation, saving production materials, reducing production costs, and improving the economic benefits of the whole plant.

Construction of structured integrated wiring system

The construction of the integrated wiring system includes the comprehensive office building, overhaul building, canteen, centralized control building, water workshop, guard room, desulfurization complex building, coal transport complex and other buildings in the factory. Structured star topology wiring and standard interfaces will be used to connect the internal and external data, images, display signals and multimedia signals of all single buildings and buildings. It can greatly improve the reliability and manageability of the entire network, and greatly reduce the management and maintenance costs of the system. At the same time, the modular design also provides a good system expansion capability for the power plant and supports the development of future applications.

Modular machine room engineering system construction

The computer room engineering system designed for Huadian Pingjiang Power Plant adopts the design and construction principle of integrated, standardized and modular computer room, which is the development trend of contemporary data center. The power supply and distribution, refrigeration, cabinet channel, wiring and monitoring are integrated in one module, and the deployment mode such as doublerow sealed cold channel is adopted. It can meet the needs of Pingjiang Power Plant for fast delivery and on-demand deployment of machine room construction. The specific construction scope includes basic decoration, power supply and distribution system, refrigeration system, lightning protection and grounding system, cabinet system, integrated wiring system, centralized monitoring and management system, fire alarm and fire extinguishing system and so on.

Through the construction of the above computer network and security protection, application platform infrastructure system, integrated management application system, computer room engineering system, comprehensive cabling and other contents, it will provide comprehensive support for the effective development of the information work of Huadian Pingjiang Power Plant. At the same time, the MIS project has high positioning and strong performance, and has reached the highgrade level in the system infrastructure, application planning, and the overall performance and configuration of the system, which can meet the new requirements for the construction of the whole plant information system under the background of digital and intelligent power plant construction.

As one of the top three enterprises in the domestic thermal automation and power plant information products industry, SCIYON has successively won the bidding for the information systems of supercritical and ultra-supercritical power plants of China Resources Power Xiantao Power Plant, China Resources Power Fuyang Power Plant, Shenzhen Energy Heyuan Power Plant, Jinkong Power Changzhi Power Plant, Inner Mongolia Energy Keyouzhong Power Plant and other large power groups in recent years.
